Sagar celebrates one-year anniversary in new offices
One year ago, on 23rd – 25th May 2015, a bank holiday weekend, Sagar moved into new offices on Shuttleworth Mead, Padiham. Prior to that, the firm had been located on Willow Street, Accrington for 57 years!
The move formed a key part of Sagar’s modernisation programme designed to enhance efficiency and productivity, and ultimately provide a better service to clients.
The new open plan offices make it much easier for staff to talk to one another about clients’ insurance requirements, as well as providing a much nicer environment for clients visiting the offices.
Since the move, staff morale has increased dramatically, and we are enjoying a higher level of team-working and inter-departmental collaboration.
